Why do you CrossFit?

Jane has been coaching CrossFit for just over a year. She does CrossFit because she loves the variety in the workouts as well as the intensity, she loves the CrossFit community. Outside of the gym, Jane trains for triathlons, she likes to compete in races of all kinds and she just started nursing school! She enjoys being outside, spending time with her family, and loves music.
