Looking ahead to this week, what if instead of numbers of reps we focused more on quality of our movements? It hard to remember at times that we are training and not competing. When training, we can slow things down a bit and get better at our skills, we already have and a chance to learn new skills! Take a breath and try to focus on areas that need the most attention. Let’s have a good week and encourage each other.
