This is a small class that introduces new CrossFitters to the foundational movements, techniques, and terminology that will be used in the larger group classes. Please contact a staff member to schedule.
The 10 Class Pass option gets you 10 classes + Saturday morning open gym.
This pass should be used within 1 calendar year.
*4 days or less. Anything more please contact a member of our staff.
