Why do you CrossFit?
I have always been an active person but I would not have considered myself an athlete past high school. Prior to CrossFit I would play around with different workout schemes, try some strength training, do some cardio, nothing with a plan. I missed the challenge of having a coach push my limits beyond what I thought they were. Finding CrossFit has been the most positive change I’ve made in my life in the last 10 years. I have found a renewed love for fitness and once again consider myself an athlete (albeit a masters one)! The community aspect is just as important to me as the health and fitness aspect. My goal with coaching is to help people find their passion for a healthy lifestyle, to realize the little victories that make up each day and to welcome them into our Crossfit family.
