Why do you CrossFit? For life. My husband and I have two kids, and we are an active family. I like knowing that no matter where we go, or what we are doing I can not only keep up with everyone, but I will also have fun doing it. CrossFit is both mentally and physically challenging, and I love that at the end of a long work day I can decompress by putting my head down and challenging my body. What has grown to be my favorite aspect of CrossFit is the community. You will never find a more supportive group of people.
